At AISR, we value all feedback as a vital part of improving our teaching, assessment, and student services. We are committed to listening, learning and working with students, clients, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, respectful, and accessible education and training.

If you have a concern about any aspect of your experience with AISR, including assessment outcomes or service delivery, we encourage you to raise it early. All feedback, complaints and appeals are taken seriously, treated confidentially, and handled fairly and promptly.

As educators we recognise the Ancient Universities and ways of knowing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples have existed for millennia, and we respect and honour First Nations expertise.
